A cooperation that started 6 years ago between the teacher Marcela Troncoso and Ystads Tangoklubb, allows dancers of south of Skåne to learn and dance tango in a friendly environment, developing the dance with guest teachers and visits to Malmö

We offer COURSES TO ALL LEVELS, OPEN CLASSES (drop in system) and PRIVATE CLASSES

Our location is LANCASTERSKOLAN, Klostergatan 10 Ystad.

TANGO COURSES IN YSTAD

• Mondays  18.00 - 19.30
• In the pause we enjoy the traditional Swedish "fika" ( coffe break with bakery, included for free)
• Course is scheduled in two parts, with repetition classes added sometimes after each part
• THEMATIC
• PART 1 TECHNIQUE &  MUSICALITY: Main concepts about Technique (axis, posture, balance, dissociation, pivot,)  Main concepts about Musicality  (Tempo, double tempo, half tempo, pause, sincope, Phrases, rhythmical variations among others )
• PART 2 CONNECTION & FLOW:  Embrace, connecting point, axis and balance in couple, standing and in movement, contraposition, leading and following, mirror movements, directions, circular and linear movements, levels in the dance

• Registration in advance required if you want to participate of the whole course. No registration to attend to single classes
